At BHM services we have strategies and quality assurance checklists in place to ensure quality control of all our work and client deliverables. Our quality assurance relates to how the process of our work is performed; our quality control is the examination of the quality management.

Expertise and background
All our projects are signed off by Mehl who is a fully qualified Building Surveyor BSc (Hons) who attained a RICS accredited degree from The University of Salford. Mehl has gained vast experience from working at a number of multidisciplinary building surveying firms.
